Councilmember Christina Scrivner

Councilmember Christina Scrivner was appointed to the Tehachapi City Council on March 2, 2020 to fulfill a term that was left vacant by a resignation. 

As the City continues its transition to district-based elections, she was appointed as an at-large representative until November 2020 when the seat will represent residents in District 2.

Scrivner has a long history with community involvement in Tehachapi, she currently serves as the manager of the Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley Foundation overseeing philanthropy efforts for Tehachapi's critical access hospital that opened in 2018. She previously served with Houchin Community Blood Bank and worked for Congressman Kevin McCarthy during his tenure as Assemblyman in California.
