Councilmember Christina Scrivner

Councilmember Christina Scrivner was elected to her first four-year term in November of 2020 to represent District 2. Her council service began on March 2, 2020 when she was appointed to the Tehachapi City Council to fulfill a term that was left vacant by a resignation. 

Scrivner has a long history with community involvement in Tehachapi, she currently serves as the manager of the Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley Foundation overseeing philanthropy efforts for Tehachapi's critical access hospital that opened in 2018. She previously served with Houchin Community Blood Bank and worked for Congressman Kevin McCarthy during his tenure as Assemblyman in California.
