The Tehachapi Tourism Commission meets the third Thursday of every other month at 10 A.M. at the Tehachapi Police Department Community Room.

The award winning-Freedom Plaza is home to the Tehachapi Visitor Center staff by gracious community volunteers. With information about local events, where to eat, where to stay and where to play, the Visitor Center should be your first stop when visiting Tehachapi. Our volunteers possess a wealth of knowledge about the local area and can plan your day, or even your weekend in our community.
