The Engineering Department for the City of Tehachapi is circulating a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to applicants interested in providing engineering services on an on-call basis for both federally and state funded transportation projects. These projects are funded with Federal and State funds administered by Caltrans in conformance with Local Assistance Procedures and Guidelines.  As a result, the City is interested in retaining a firm with established experience providing engineering services conforming to Caltrans requirements. This contract will not exceed 3 years with two optional 1-year extensions or a maximum contract value of $3,000,000.
